Our fourth workshop, part of the CreateAbles project will be a Clothes making Sewing workshop, led by Silvia. Come and join us on Wednesday 7th September, 2pm for this fun workshop.

Our third workshop, part of the CreateAbles project is a stand-up comedy workshop, led by Mark Burkwood. Come and join us on Wednesday 17th August, 2.30pm for a fun filled workshop, like none other. 

Support improved mental wellbeing in the workplace, at home and the wider community though becoming an accredited Mental Health First Aider.

Our first workshop of the CreateAbles project is a crafting keyrings workshop.  Come and join us on Thursday 9h June, 2pm till 4pm.

One Place East are offering Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) Training at a reduced rate of £50 per course (RRP £300).

Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) is an accredited training course which teaches people how to identify, understand and help someone who may be experiencing a mental health issue.
