OPE Workforce Development Programme
OPE is working to tackle inequality and poor health outcomes Disabled People face in everyday life. We have been working to develop the skills, knowledge and resilience of our community to create new opportunities and tackle some of the challenges they face.
Our co-produced training programme is for the paid and voluntary workforce locally. The programme aims to support local health and social care organisations deliver inclusive services that meet the needs of our communities.

17/03/26 and 18/03/26 | 9am – 5pm | Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) 2-day course | MHFAiders® receive three years of certification and are invited to join the Association of Mental Health First Aiders® – England’s first and only membership body for MHFAiders. As well as access to ongoing learning and expert support, members gain the benefits of being part of a national movement for better mental health. |
