Tech Assistance Project
The Tech Assistance Project, funded by the NHS Health Inequalities Fund, offers support to disabled people to help them benefit from technology and the digital world.
What We Do
One-to-one Tech Support

We can help you with technology such as computers, phones, and tablets. This can include making the most of the internet, support with smartphones, sending and receiving emails, accessing public services online and using accessibility software such as JAWS.
Training Workshops

You can join our digital workshops to learn more about different equipment for people with all types of disabilities.
See our events calendar HERE for the next workshop.
Tech Support Drop-ins

Can come along to our Tech Support Drop-ins, held at our office and get one-to-one support with any tech device you have.
See our events calendar HERE for the next Drop-In session.
Volunteering with the Tech Assistance Project
We are looking for volunteers with digital skills who live in East London and can spend a couple of hours to deliver tech support to disabled people.
We can offer:
- Opportunities to get involved in our workshops and events.
- Opportunities to learn new skills.
- Pay ‘out of pocket’ expenses.
