Youth & Adult Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) Training
One Place East are offering Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) Training at a reduced rate of £50 per course (RRP £300).
Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) is an accredited training course which teaches people how to identify, understand and help someone who may be experiencing a mental health issue.
Recovery Programme 2022
Our Recovery Programme will be running a series of support groups during March until July 2022.
