Join us for Tea & Talk, a relaxed and friendly drop‑in session taking place during Mental Health Awareness Week. This is a chance to slow down, connect with others, and have open conversations about mental health in a supportive and welcoming space.

The Proper Blokes Club is a community project for men’s mental health. The main aim is to break the stigma of men’s mental health and start talking openly about it.
Exercise has been a proven way to help people with any sort of mental health issues by releasing endorphins that make you feel good about yourself. Walking is free, so makes a great way to start and gets you out in the fresh air.

One Place East is excited to announce the start of our 2026 Faith Tour programme, offering service users the chance to explore and learn about different places of worship across a range of faiths. Tour 1 will take place on 21 May 2026 and will be an Islamic tour at Regents Park Mosque, one of the most well-known mosques in the UK.
