The past month has been an extremely busy one for One Place East, we have seen the launch of two exciting new projects (our ‘Experts by Experience’ programme and our ‘Sports & Physical Activity Network’), have been taking part in the Colours of Redbridge Streets of Colour Parade preparations and not forgetting one of the main events of the year, the Disability Festival in the Park.

July marks Disability Pride Month, a time to celebrate and recognise the ability, resilience and achievements of the disabled community in the UK.
Disability Festival in the Park 2024 is Coming!
The annual Disability Festival in the park is back on 17 July 2024, a month earlier than usual for 2024. The Festival will take place at Christchurch Green, Wanstead, London, E11 2RH, from 12 till 7pm.
