In addition to the workshops delivered at OPE, we are piloting some online webinars. We have scheduled them at different times throughout the week, including an evening and a Saturday. We will then evaluate how popular and accessible this model of delivery is.

I love helping people to feel more confident talking about their health. Whether I’m supporting someone or training future health champions, my goal is always to empower others to make positive lifestyle changes.
