The aim of the project is to improve written communication skills so Deaf and Disabled People can play a role in One Place Easts’ communications, digital content production and new peer support programmes.

Join our Creative Writing and Journalism Project, starting in April 2024.
During this programme, you will:
- Build confidence in storytelling and writing for digital media
- Peer support used as a tool to share ideas, skills and motivate
- Learn skills important for citizen journalism, such as documenting what they see, hear and think.
- Practical experience in the process of collecting, reporting, analysing and sharing news and information.
- Learn about careers in creative industries and journalism
The project will see a variety of workshops on Creative Writing.
