Improving Access to shops
Today we are launching our Accessible Shopping Guide at the Ilford Exchange Shopping Centre.
This guide has great tips and makes recommendations for shops on how to improve access to their stores and shares the problems disabled people face when shopping for goods.
It also highlights four main issues which can be adapted without too much hassle.
