Are you looking for a welcoming space to share cherished memories and connect with others who appreciate the past? Our Weekly Reminiscence Group is the perfect place to relive treasured moments, swap stories, and build friendships through shared experiences.

The coming together of people with lived experience, remembering days gone before and using their experiences to either help themselves, or others.

Our group takes place every Monday afternoon, between 2pm-4pm (except Bank Holidays). Our group is open to everyone, whether you love sharing stories, enjoy listening to others, or simply want to connect with like-minded individuals.
