Calming the Mind & Body – Wellbeing Session

These sessions will take you through the basics of the biological and emotional impact stress and trauma has on the mind and body, to help you to recognise, track and relieve your body’s stress response.
You will be guided through a gentle somatic co-regulation practice which can help reduce pain and tension, calm your mind and soothe your nervous system. These popular sessions will also provide you with some practical take away techniques to support your health and well-being.
Suitable for anyone suffering from overwhelm, anxiety, depression, PTSD, chronic health conditions, or just wanting to fully relax, unwind and connect with yourself and others.
