Delivery Methods
We offer two convenient delivery options for your order:
Royal Mail Delivery – £5.00
All orders are dispatched via Royal Mail at a cost of £5.00, regardless of order size or weight.
Local Collection – FREE
You can collect your order free of charge from our Ilford office. Collection details will be provided once your order is ready.
Dispatch Times
We aim to dispatch all Royal Mail orders within 2-3 working days of receiving your order. Please note that as a charity, our small team works hard to process orders as quickly as possible.
Please note: Dispatch times refer to when your order leaves our office, not delivery times. Orders placed on Friday afternoon, weekends, or UK bank holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Once dispatched, Royal Mail typically delivers within 3-5 working days. Please allow up to 7 working days from order placement for your items to arrive.
Collection Orders
You will receive an email notification when your order is ready for collection. Please wait for this confirmation before visiting our office.

Lost or Delayed Items
If your order hasn’t arrived within 10 working days of dispatch, please contact us at [insert email] and we’ll investigate immediately. While lost items are rare, we’re committed to resolving any delivery issues quickly.

We currently only deliver to UK addresses
You will receive a dispatch confirmation email with tracking information where available
Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout – we cannot be held responsible for items sent to incorrect addresses
